Sandwich Panel PU: Polyurethane Foam

PU Foam Sandwich Panels PU or Polyurethane Foam has exceptional insulation properties, heat resistance, the ability to maintain low temperatures, moisture-proof properties, and energy-saving capabilities. It is environmentally friendly, has a long service life, and is easy to install and move. It is also strong, durable, flame-retardant, and GMP and HACCP certified.

• A standard width is 1.20 meters and customizable length
• The panel thickness ranges from 42 mm to 150 mm (1.65 to 6 in.). The facing material thickness is 0.55 mm colorbonded coated steel sheets, including a primer and an Anti-Bacteria Food Grade/Stainless SUS 304 2B coating.
• The core comprises FGrade Polyurethane Foam (flame-retardant material with combustible properties). It has a low k-value, indicating good thermal conductivity, and a density of 38 kg – 40 kg per cubic meter (2.50 pounds/cubic feet).
• An anti-fungal Silicone Sealant sealing material
• Panels are connected using the SPEED LOCK system.
• Options of smooth and grooved surfaces, with the grooves spaced every 100 mm, providing high-performing strength
